Clinical Specialist role at Allergan Aesthetics supports healthcare professionals in the safe and effective use of our products through tailored, in-clinic training and guidance. The Clinical Specialist will take ownership of their facilitation processes, managing, delivering, and continuously improving educational initiatives to meet evolving needs.
Responsibilities:
- Through the AMI (Allergan Medical Institute) program, deliver clinical facilitation, consultation and injection training to customers in a 1:1 setting.
- Work with AMI-Lead to determine clinical needs and provide facilitation to customers accordingly.
- Formulate clinical development plans for top accounts to be communicated and reviewed with the AMI Lead and sales team.
- Effectively articulate product differentiation of Allergan products and services versus the competitors.
- Maintain a high level of service through reliable and timely follow-up after any interaction with customers and Allergan medical trainers.
- Attendance at industry conferences, Allergan Medical Institute meetings to engage with customers, develop and improve yourself.
- Approximately 80% of time will be spent in the field.
- Bachelor’s degree in medical, dentistry or pharmacy,
- Minimum 2 years of experience within a sales or clinical specialist role within the pharmaceutical and/or medical device industry,
- Preferably experience in facilitation/training/coaching including event management, preparation and delivery of workshops and other training solutions,
- Fluent in English,
- Ability to guide a group to acquire skills, make decisions or complete tasks by facilitating group communication, using interpersonal skills and influence strategies to build relationships,
- Ability to provide tailored, value added solutions/advice to meeting customer needs,
- A valid driving license is required for this position.
