75% Pro-active Sourcing, Talent Pipeline Building and Talent Insights
· Focus on creating, building and executing a comprehensive talent sourcing strategy for critical, high level and hard to find talent in AbbVie Pharma and Allergan Aesthetics.
· Partner with BHR and TMTD to identify Succession Gaps and where to focus efforts for external pipelining and proactive outreach.
· Build talent pipelines together with providing knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry across the affiliate.
· Act as an advisor, using market analysis and industry research to inform sourcing strategies that enable future capability building, and influence stakeholders to act proactively regarding their current/future talent mix and talent market availability.
· Serve as the subject matter expert in competitor insights, industry overviews, best practices, talent trends and other competitive intelligence that will impact the search.
· Evaluate overall success and progress of TA initiatives via business engagement and implement changes to raise the bar on program performance, providing strategic guidance and advice to leadership to ensure a successful talent attraction program.
· Actively recommend innovative tools and channels to find new talent, keeping cost and quality in mind.
15% Recruitment Marketing and Talent Engagment
· Design and implement targeted marketing campaigns aimed at building enduring relationships and enhancing brand recognition among critical talent communities.
· Drive talent engagement by creating compelling content and increasing interaction on prominent social media platforms, such as WeChat and LinkedIn.
· Leverage insights from talent engagement activities to refine recruitment marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with AbbVie’s broader talent acquisition goals.
10% HR and TA Program
· Provide support to the HR project in internal communication, culture and employee engagment at the affiliate level, working as one HR team.
· Other TA project assigned by China TA Head.
· Bachelor’s degree and minimum 5 years professional recruitment, contingent and/or retained search and recruitment marketing experience along with the ability to lead and influence others.
· Must have experience working in a complex and matrixed global organization.

· Confident, mature, resourceful with a pleasant personality and willingness to learn
· Demonstrates a consistent track record of delivering results, often in the face of challenges or obstacles.
· Fluent in both spoken and written English.
