[Commercial & Operational Excellence]
- Own full P&L and financial performance of the assigned business unit, ensuring disciplined resource allocation and robust financial forecasting.
- Deliver high-impact launches with cross-functional alignment and excellence in execution.
- Ensure operational rigor, integrating analytics and field insights into decision-making and performance management.
- Partner closely with Market Access, Medical Affairs, Government Affairs, and Regulatory Affairs to ensure seamless market readiness and patient access.
[Stakeholder & External Leadership]
- Build and sustain strong partnerships with key opinion leaders, academic institutions, patient organizations, and payer stakeholders.
- Represent AbbVie assigned BU externally as a thought leader and credible partner in Taiwan’s business ecosystem.
- Shape external policy and access environments through evidence-based engagement and value-driven communication.
[People & Organizational Leadership]
- Lead, inspire, and develop a diverse, high-performing commercial organization—spanning sales, marketing, and cross-functional roles.
- Identify and cultivate emerging leaders, creating a strong talent pipeline for AbbVie Taiwan and beyond.
- Foster collaboration across functions and geographies, empowering teams with clear accountability and shared purpose.
- Build an environment that values integrity, innovation, inclusion, and high performance in equal measure.
[Professional Experience]
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience within the pharmaceutical or biopharma industry, ideally including oncology or specialty care.
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, or Business; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
- Demonstrated track record of leading teams and managing P&L in a highly competitive, fast-evolving therapeutic area.
- Proven success managing brands or portfolios across full product lifecycles (from pre-launch to maturity).

- At least one sales leadership position, demonstrating strong in-field engagement and people development capabilities.
- Deep understanding of multi-stakeholder dynamics (HCPs, payers, policymakers, advocacy groups) and Taiwan’s healthcare environment.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Medical, Market Access, and Regulatory Affairs teams.
- International experience (either lived or worked abroad) preferred.
[Leadership & Behavioral Competencies]
- Strategic Visionary: Designs and communicates a compelling, patient-centered vision that drives alignment and action.

- Operationally Grounded: Balances strategic vision with a sharp focus on execution, resource optimization, and measurable results.
