Position Overview

• In the role of Data and Connectivity Lead, Allergan Aesthetics (AbbVie Division), you’ll tackle complex challenges as you develop and diversify your professional experiences while helping others grow and develop their skills.


• We are looking for an experienced and qualified Data management lead to support the transformation into an API based organization by implementation of a cross functional Data Integration layer. 


• In this role you will partner with the Customer Master Data Management team to make Reltio MDM as the master of record for all out customer and consumer data.


• The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial business acumen with the ability to communicate at all levels of the business along with the ability to develop data integration capability using mule soft, informatica cloud. 


• You will work closely with Veeva CRM, SFDC teams to access the current data integrations and define a robust and simple, reusable solution.

Experience & desired behaviors:

• Experience in transforming an organization into a middle ware organization when data is managed as a product.


• Strong foundation in tools like MuleSoft, Apache Camel, Dell Boomi and Azure API Management for API-based data integration, coupled with domain expertise in Salesforce and Veeva


• Experience of integrating Master Data management applications like Reltio / Informatica to downstream application.


• Understanding of Master data management tools with Customer Data management journey.


• Experience of working with data catalogue, data lineage and data dictionary.


• Experience of working with data and analytics teams.


• Related experience and success in working in a business centric, complex, progressive, multi-stakeholder, matrix environment, with experience in a product development role out of which gained experience of working as data architect.


• Experience in leading IT and business into new technologies and open to new ideas.


• Strong ability to connect unrelated concepts and generate original or unique ideas
