Job Description

  • Identify and analyze external data sources that facilitate an understanding of market dynamics
  • Anticipate risks & opportunities and facilitate decision-making based on objective analysis
  • Lead the development of analytical capabilities at the BT/IFT level
  • Update and optimize the Analytical Methodology, providing tools that allow for an accurate diagnosis and monitoring of action plans
  • Evaluate the performance of each brand at the national/territory/account level
  • Lead and manage the conduct of Market Research/Competitive Intelligence to meet identified information needs Participation in the “Insights Generation” process
  • As a member of the Brand Team, participate in the development of brands' Strategic & Tactical Plans
  • Participate in the Forecasting/Strategic Planning process
  • Lead the implementation of the “In-Field Team Excellence” methodology in the brand.

Qualifications

  • Business-oriented analytical capacity
  • Ability to work in a team Leadership capacity and influence in matrix environments Innovation capacity
  • Degree (Science, Engineering, ADE, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Sales Force Effectiveness & Market Research
  • At least 5 years of previous experience in Business Intelligence positions, ideally in Immunology
  • High level of English
  • Location: Madrid
