Integrated HR strategy
- Translate business needs to actionable HR plans and ensure the implement
- Collaborated with all HR functions, including total rewards and operation, recruitment, talent development and management, HR related policy and training, evaluate on-going programs, and propose improvements for a smooth, efficient and competitive people
Talent Accquision and Talent Management
- Ensure all recruitment needs from business leader are fulfilled through effective channel and process.
- Ensure new hires’ onboarding program for implement in business team.
- Maintain talent pipeline to fulfill talent needs.
- Facilitate regional talent review and succession planning, and ensure the individual development plans are well implemented.
- Work with BU HR leader and regional business leaders to improve employee engagement and team morale.
Performance Management
- Work with regional business leaders to monitor and implement performance management activities.
- Handle employee relations case ensure the compliance to company polices and legal requirement.
- Coordinate with BU HR leader / TR function to administrative the merit increase cycle, promotion cases and performance review session.
- Cascade performance management tools and talent philosophies in business team.
Learning and Development, Culture
- involved in the people development programs throughout business needs analysis, program design and following up.
- Work with BU HR leader to facilitate the organization optimization and working process review.
- Set various communication channels to deliver AbbVie culture.
- Bachelor or above
- 5-8 years solid working experience in HR field, healthcare industry background will be preferred
- Knowledge and understanding of full spectrum of HR disciplines (e.g. organization development, training, employee relations, as well as compensation and benefits etc.)
- Must be familiar with China Labor Law, business customs, etc.
- Strong business mindset, understand business needs and provide solution to the organization
- Proactive, self-motivated, strong ownership
- Good communication and influencing skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration, MBA background will be preferred
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese.
