As Business Excellence Lead you will drive strategic and operational excellence in business operations and customer engagements, with a key focus on coaching and mentoring leaders and cross-functional teams across the Scandi affiliate.
The role is part of the Scandinavian Customer Excellence team, reporting to the Customer Excellence Director you will work closely with affiliate business teams/Customer Excellence team members, to elevate performance, foster a culture of continuous improvement, change management and embed a business acumen mindset across the organization focusing on our Future Fit Business model.
This role requires a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry landscape and a proven track record of leading customer-centric business initiatives and leading cross functional teams with a business focus in mind.
Highlighted Key Responsibilities:
Customer Excellence - Strategic initiatives and operational excellence:
- Lead the development and implementation of customer excellence strategies, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and market needs.
- Localize, design and drive customer engagement initiatives that deliver personalized customer experiences and measurable business outcomes.
In-Field Team Excellence Lead:
- Partner with CEx Team members and in-field teams to drive excellence in customer engagement and optimize performance through targeted strategies around people, processes and tools/systems.
- Equip in-field teams with the skills and insights needed to personalize customer interactions, enhance relationships, and deliver value-driven solutions which transform their behaviors.
- Co-create cross-functional in-field team strategy to advance the go-to-market model.
- Elevate commercial, medical, and all other field teams with tools, skills, and behaviors to meet the evolving needs of stakeholders (based on (IFT) gap assessment.
- Develop and secure implementation of the SFE roadmap in alignment with the overall strategy and drive IFT excellence and competencies.
Continuous Learning & Digital Enablement:
- Serve as the affiliate commercial Learning Lead- “point of contact” for Global/Area and Local Learning initiatives – project leading/delegating learning initiatives within the CEx Team/Commercial Business partners.
Brand Excellence:
- Partner with CEx Team members to champion that the implementation of brand excellence initiatives ensures alignment with AbbVie’s strategic goals and customer expectations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Business-, Life Sciences-, or a related field.
- Experience leading commercial teams in the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on customer excellence/commercial excellence and business acumen.
- Proven experience in coaching, mentoring and/or leading teams in a fast-paced business environment
- Strong understanding of the Scandinavian health care landscape, including customer needs, regulatory requirements, and market trends.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement forward-thinking strategies that anticipate market shifts, technological advancements, and evolving customer needs, aiming for business result.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, coach, and inspire teams.
- High proficiency in digital tools and customer engagement platforms and insights to drive business performance.
Location: Solna, Sweden
Travel: The role has a Scandinavian responsibility, covering Sweden, Norway and Denmark. Travel is required across these countries.
