At Allergan Aesthetics, an AbbVie company, you will play a key role in enabling commercial excellence and shaping the way we deliver value to customers, patients, and the business. You will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and cross-functional stakeholders to turn data into insight, strengthen execution, and improve field force effectiveness across Greece, Cyprus, and Malta. Through your analytical mindset, business acumen, and continuous improvement approach, you will help drive performance, support decision-making, and contribute to a culture of ownership, collaboration, and excellence.
What You Will Do?
Lead Segmentation and Targeting Excellence
You will lead the development and implementation of segmentation, targeting, and customer profiling strategies to ensure we engage the right customers, at the right frequency, with the right messages. You will work closely with Sales Leaders and the field force to validate customer segments and profiles, assess the impact of new sales processes and brand priorities, and evaluate different deployment models to maximize commercial impact.
Strengthen Salesforce Effectiveness
You will partner with Sales Leaders to optimize sales processes, improve efficiency, and elevate overall Salesforce Effectiveness. You will help ensure that sales force size, structure, and territory design are fair, balanced, and aligned to business priorities. You will build quarterly cycle plans to support optimal customer coverage and equitable workload distribution, and upload them into Veeva CRM. You will also develop and maintain dashboards to enable daily performance tracking and SFE KPI monitoring, take corrective action where needed, and ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across Veeva CRM and Power BI/Foundry. In addition, you will support operational planning and review routines, assist the field force with Veeva CRM troubleshooting, and work with IQVIA and the Reltio MDM team to maintain a single trusted HCP record.
Design and Govern Salesforce Incentives
You will design sales incentive plans and special incentives in alignment with international guidelines, ensuring fairness, transparency, and strong motivation. You will make sure local bonus policies are clearly understood, consistently applied, and paid accurately and on time. You will set quarterly and annual targets, calculate payouts, manage the approval process, and submit the relevant inputs to HR for payment. You will also conduct regular incentive plan health checks to ensure the bonus structure is driving the intended business outcomes.
Deliver Commercial Insights
You will collect, analyze, and interpret customer, sales, and field force activity data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. You will prepare regular reports and deliver actionable insights and recommendations to senior management. You will also maintain data quality across local and IMCO/EUCAN Power BI/Foundry dashboards to support informed, timely, and fact-based decision-making.
Build Capability Through Training
You will identify and recommend training interventions that strengthen the capability of sales teams and sales managers. You will provide training on Power BI, Foundry, and Veeva CRM where needed, and help build commercial acumen by supporting teams in operational planning and territory analysis.
