The Marketing / Brand Team Assistant is responsible for general administrational and organizational support of assigned Team/Brand as well as the organization of selected local and or international congresses.
Key responsibilities:
- Administrational and organizational support of commercial organizations and it’s projects
- Planning, coordination and monitoring of congress activities for selected local and/or international congresses (if applicable)
- Ensure/Manage an optimal process/relation with SVZ (shipping/stocking of promotional material)
- Budget Tracking and SAP expert within the team handling PO’s and requests
- Handling of contracts and sponsoring matters
- Working together with agencies and suppliers
- Support handling of events and congresses
- Uploading promotional material in Veeva Vault for approval
- Situative responsibilities and ownership for certain projects (e.g. vaporizer, technical devices)
Qualifications and experience:
- Solid commercial training
- 2+ years of experience in a similar position, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry
- Experience in congress handling desired
- High level of support and customer orientation
- Excellent time management and prioritization abilities
- Stress resistant
- Affinity to financial processes and it’s tools (SAP)
- Business fluent in German, English and French
- Expert user in IT Systems & Tools

- Self-impelled and directed, with sharp attention to detail
- Deal with ambiguity and varying levels of customer seniority
