Reporting to Parkinson’s Team Leader, the incumbent will be responsible for;
- Supporting long-term and annual Brand/Commercial strategies and tactical plans defining specific timelines, budgets and stakeholder responsibilities, aligned with brand planning process and Brand Team direction.
- Diagnosing and analyzing brand, market and competitors through gathering customer insights and competitive information; identifying drivers and refining segmentation based on customer needs.
- Coordinating the development of sales objectives, strategies, in field team materials, advertising, promotion program and market research activities and ensuring their execution.
- Implementing tactical plans, communicating clearly and proposing responsibilities allocation to cross-functional team members and in-field team.
- Maintaining an up-to-date understanding of customer perspectives through regular engagement with related stakeholders as appropriate (e.g. in-field visits, remote engagement.).
- Guiding and implementing innovative omni-channel marketing activities, including both traditional and non-traditional partnerships, to strengthen brand messaging across all channels.
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Science or related field,
- 0-3 years of sales or marketing experience,
- Demonstrate high level of impact and influence within a matrix environment,
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking and communication skills,
- Strong innovation attitude, cognitive flexibility and project orientation,
- Excellent presentation, planning and organizational skills,
- Good level in written and spoken English,
- Good command of Office Programs.

Where We Work
Role is exclusively performed at a site or office and onsite presence is required. Employees who are site/office-based and can occasionally perform their role virtually work both in the office and remotely*, following the policies and regulations in place at their location. US Employees must be in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. Three days in the office is the minimum; some individuals or teams may require more in-office days due to meetings, business/project needs or their role.
