Summary of Job Description:
Brand manager for oncology marketing team (venetoclax).
Major Responsibilities:
- Develop marketing strategy and tactics via close collaboration with various stakeholders (in English and Japanese)
- Work closely with the sales force and ensure flawless and effective implementation of brand tactics
- Establish and maintain relationships with KOLs, relevant organizations and other key stakeholders to develop and implement marketing strategy
- Plan and execute trainings for sales force together with field training team
- Drive cross functional project in collaboration with various stakeholders
- Reinforce patient support programs as part of the brand plan to ensure appropriate usage of the product
- Work collaboratively with other functions (Medical, Sales, etc.) within the company to facilitate implementation of commercial programs for the products
- External vendor management
- Conduct budget management
- Lead the cross-functional brand plan with support from Senior Manager
- Develop and be responsible for brand plan and brand strategy. Present plan and strategy to various stakeholders both in English and Japanese
- Closely work with Global/Area teams to ensure alignment with global strategy, input ideas, facts, situations in Japan to them and maximize opportunities for Japan
- Obtain key insights from external key stakeholders and drive execution of the brand plan
- Identify opportunities and ways to better meet customers’ needs for short-term and long term
- Lead cross-TA operations and tasks to maintain consistency and efficiency within marketing team
- Lead and develop direct reports with providing opportunities and implementing action plan

Essential Skills & Abilities:
- 3+ years of experience in marketing (sales experience and/or healthcare industry experiences are preferred)
- Effective communication: clear, concise, and persuasive
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong project management skills, multitasking skills
- Analytical ability and an innovative mindset
- Ability to work in matrix / cross-functional environment which includes influence to the people on no direct report line.
- Advanced written and spoken English
- Autonomy, independence and assertiveness; a polished professional presence is essential

Education/Experience Required:
- University degree or above
