Core Job Responsibilities
- Develop marketing objectives, strategies, advertising, and promotion plans, and ensure execution through multichannel engagement to achieve product objectives.
- Manage and develop the product life cycle plan with market development.
- Lead the brand/in-field team and collaborate with other functions to achieve brand objectives.
- Develop annual sales volume and profit forecasts, pricing, and expense budgets.
- Forecast product requirements, identify potential supply issues, and develop contingency plans.
- Analyze market trends and sales potential; issue monthly proposed forecasts with suggested action plans to achieve them.
- Maintain contact with key customers to follow up on promotion efforts and stay informed on customer needs.
- Ensure all business activities comply with relevant laws, legal demands, and ethical standards.
- Review complaints and suggestions relating to assigned products.
- Achieve annual goals for sales, margin, and market share.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher with more than 3 years of marketing experience in pharmaceutical companies.
- Having product launching, end to end portfolio management experience will be a great plus
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
- Strong business awareness and analytical skills, including strategic thinking and business planning.
- Ability to work cross-functionally to achieve results.
- Strong communication skills.

Where We Work
Role is primarily site- or office-based but can occasionally be performed remotely. Employees who are site/office-based and can occasionally perform their role virtually work both in the office and remotely*, following the policies and regulations in place at their location. US Employees must be in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. Three days in the office is the minimum; some individuals or teams may require more in-office days due to meetings, business/project needs or their role.
