We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Brand Manager to join our team and help shape impactful, patient-centric marketing strategies. This role offers the opportunity to work across functions, influence stakeholders, and contribute to the successful delivery of marketing-led initiatives in a fast-paced pharmaceutical environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop & propose Marketing inputs to the Brand Plan with a patient-centric focus
- Synthesise cross-stakeholder insights to form a Marketing perspective on Brand issues, competitive positioning and market dynamics
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of customer perspectives through regular engagement with stakeholders (e.g. in-field visits)
- Lead the local digital maturity assessment and ensure delivery of digital listening/engagement activities (in-house or via agencies)
- Optimise channel mix for Marketing and cross-functional campaigns; advise others on the optimal use of channels
- Become an extended member of the Brand Team and share Brand Team priorities with the IFT
- Play an active role with the IFT, managing the CLM process and overseeing implementation of CLM activities
- Implement segmentation with IFT, develop segment profiles and drive development of customised materials to each target segments
- Provide input to (or manage) forecasting and KPI monitoring; support budget planning and tracking for Marketing team activities
- Operate within the guidance of all appropriate division and statutory business and regulatory requirements, including Ethics, Compliance and Code of Business conduct procedures and protocols

- Support forecasting and KPI tracking with strong analytical thinking
- Influence stakeholders, solve complex challenges, and present with confidence
Knowledge and Expertise:
- Understanding of the healthcare environment and its evolving landscape
- Knowledge of channel mix techniques
- Financial processes and business acumen
- Awareness of competition, customer base, reimbursement, and market access processes/issues
- Understanding of pharmaceutical industry business practices, policies, and procedures
- Fluent English
- Knowledge of market research principles and opportunities
- Marketing experience, ideally across a diverse blend of healthcare and other industries such as consumer or media
- Experience working in other functions is preferred, including sales experience in any industry
What you bring:
- Strong understanding of the healthcare environment and pharmaceutical industry
- Experience in marketing, ideall.çşğ-y across healthcare and other industries
- Fluent English, having advanced communication skills in local language
- Educated to degree level, or equivalent (higher degrees or marketing qualifications preferred)
- At least 3 years of experience as a Brand Manager or similar role

Where We Work
Role is primarily site- or office-based but can occasionally be performed remotely. Employees who are site/office-based and can occasionally perform their role virtually work both in the office and remotely*, following the policies and regulations in place at their location. US Employees must be in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. Three days in the office is the minimum; some individuals or teams may require more in-office days due to meetings, business/project needs or their role.
