Job Description

Brand Manager – Dermatology


  • Based in the offices in Maidenhead reporting into the Business Unit Manager, Dermatology. 

  • Highly competitive salary, Car allowance, Bonus and comprehensive benefits package.  

Role Objective:

As the Brand Manager Dermatology, you will influence the future growth of one of our dermatology brands by working closely with the in-field team and across functions, while acting as the Brand Team expert to lead insight gathering across stakeholders, brand strategic development and execution of key initiatives and tactics.

Key responsibilities include:


  • Lead development & propose marketing inputs to the strategic Brand Plan with a patient-centric focus

  • Lead the tactical design and implementation of marketing initiatives, to include:

    • Multi-channel initiatives to drive customer engagement

    • Multi-stakeholder initiatives

    • Interactive and customised content

  • Play a pro-active role as member of the Brand Team and share Brand Team priorities with in-field team

  • To plan and execute educational platforms as defined by the brand plan

  • To effectively manage External Expert relationships across the UK

  • To manage agency relationships to ensure projects are delivered to a clear brief and are on time/budget

Qualifications

Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience


  • Science / Life Science Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required

  • Relevant experience in a marketing role, preferably in the Pharmaceutical/medical device industry, experience within other industries (consumer, media, digital etc.) 

  • Proven track record of translating insights into strategic recommendations

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate, influence and build relationships across internal and external stakeholders

  • Ability to effectively and on time manage projects to ensure successful delivery of marketing initiatives

  • A team player with a demonstrated ability to influence and build relationships across internal and external stakeholders

  • A confident communicator with excellent presentation skills

  • A highly motivated individual who is proactive and effective at executing projects/tactics on time
