- Develop Brand/Commercial strategies and tactical plans including pre-marketing period, defining specific timelines, budgets and stakeholder responsibilities, aligned with Brand planning process and Brand team direction.
- Prepares and implements tactical plans, communicates clearly and propose responsibilities allocation to cross-functional team members and in-field team (eg. product messaging by Physician segment).
- Manage communications with sales force and cross-functional team to ensure marketing objectives are met.
- Diagnose and analyze brand, market and competitors through gathering customer insights and competitive information; identifying drivers and refining segmentation according to customer needs.
- Coordinate the development of sales objectives, strategies, advertising, promotion programs, public relations and market research activities and ensure their execution.
- Maintain and develop credibility and reputation among key opinion leaders and HCPs.
- Develop, implement and update product trainings to sales force on an ongoing basis.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Pharmacy or related fields,
- Minimum 3 years of commercial experience in pharma industry,
- Advanced level in written and spoken English,
- Having launch experience will be an asset,
- Excellent presentation, planning and organization skills,
- Strong analytical & strategic thinking & decision-making skills,
- Understanding of the health care environment, the market, the full range of customer and stakeholder needs
- Ability to translate strong patient empathy into patient-centric strategic plans and tactics including focus effectively on tailoring messages to target audience,
- High level of customer understanding and focus,
- Excellent KOL management & communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage projects to ensure successful delivery of marketing-led initiatives,
- Ability to achieve results in cross-functional teams; takes ownership of work and effectively coordinates tasks,
- Strong innovative attitude, lateral thinking and project orientation.

Where We Work
Role is primarily site- or office-based but can occasionally be performed remotely. Employees who are site/office-based and can occasionally perform their role virtually work both in the office and remotely*, following the policies and regulations in place at their location. US Employees must be in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. Three days in the office is the minimum; some individuals or teams may require more in-office days due to meetings, business/project needs or their role.
