Job Description

  • Strategic Brand Development: develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to drive growth and market share in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Digital Excellence: utilize digital channels effectively to enhance brand visibility and engage with our target audience effectively
  • Network Leverage: Utilize your network in ophthalmology to establish strategic partnerships and collaborations..
  • Inspiration: inspire cross-functional team to ensure seamless execution leading to success
  • Market insights: analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Collaborative Excellence: Work closely with sales, medical and other teams to align brand initiatives with business objectives.

Qualifications

More specifically, we ask the following of you: 

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven expertise in digital marketing strategies and tools.
  • Extensive network in ophthalmology.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Hybrid model based in Hoofddorp (3 days onsite)
