Profile Summary:
The candidate is responsible for providing end-to-end branding strategy, from planning to execution in alignment with Marketing Head, understanding brand needs, customer segments priorities, LATAM vision & guidance. Guide & Influence In-Field teams to execute brand plans and campaigns. Develop in collaboration with Business Excellence and Sales team customer journey plans to support brand growth in a consistent, unified, and profitable way.
Accountabilities:
- Marketing Plan: Active participation with Marketing Head and LATAM Marketing to define local brand priorities, objectives & key branding initiatives and customize brand plans based on market and customer needs for execution.
- Co-create, implement and execute the marketing plans for an aesthetic portfolio, aiming to optimize profitability, market share and revenue growth in the short and long term.
- Localize brand platforms, toolkits and sales story for cycle campaigns, and guarantee excellent In-Field execution.
- Co-create KPIs and tactical plans for the field force.
- Support In-Field team on brand execution ensuring that initiatives are the right ones to support the customer’s needs while supporting commercial objectives.
- Actively plan and support execution in coordination with Customer Engagement Team, Business Excellence, AMI, Medical Affairs & Sales brand launches, events, workshops, etc.
- Responsible for setting M&P budget for their portfolio, define investment mix for the brand making sure that the investments are aligned to corporate policies and ensuring optimal investment.
- Identify insights and Market Value Drivers according to each customer segment to determine growth opportunities.
- Manage and coordinate local agencies assuring correct brand guidelines across campaign, patient-focused solutions and multi-channel and digital campaigns and events.
- Provide active support to Marketing Head during strategic planning process defining portfolio strategies and communication platforms.
- Development of Marketing Plan by Customer Segmentation / Brand following the “Job to be Done” methodology, with a fully customer-centric approach consumer insights to set robust and sustainable marketing plans.
- Provide ongoing support In-Field visits providing advice and guide to commercial teams on the execution of brand strategies, implementation planning and identify brands gaps / issues to find ways to keep developing the business.
- Monitor product performance in accordance with objectives and anticipate trends in aesthetic management and market conditions that may affect product performance.
- Maintain strong relationships with opinion leaders, medical societies and clients.
- Stay permanently updated on competitor activities / initiatives and develop “defensive” plans taking a proactive approach to minimize their potential impact
- Develop and maintain relationships with other functional areas within the organization that foster commitment, teamwork and excellence in execution

- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Master / MBA (recommended but not mandatory)
- English is mandatory
- More than 5 years in Pharmaceutical, Aesthetics or Consumer Product Goods as Brand Manager
- Previous exposure to brand strategic planning
- Financial acumen
- Office and Outlook management
Key Stakeholders:
- Internal: Brand Team Leader, Brand Team Members, In-Field Teams.
- External: Patients, Healthcare Providers, Clients, and other stakeholders as appropriate.

Where We Work
Role is primarily site- or office-based but can occasionally be performed remotely. Employees who are site/office-based and can occasionally perform their role virtually work both in the office and remotely*, following the policies and regulations in place at their location. US Employees must be in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. Three days in the office is the minimum; some individuals or teams may require more in-office days due to meetings, business/project needs or their role.
