Brand Finance Manager

The Brand Finance Manager will be responsible for maximizing the value of affiliate operations by partnering with multi-disciplinary teams as a trusted advisor, proactively identifying opportunities to consistently deliver on business objectives for the responsible brands. They will identify business opportunities and risks through financial and business knowledge and generate reports to explain brand performance. They will also provide Strategic Input to Brand Teams for the related brands.

Responsibilities: 

•Lead financial planning, analysis, and forecasting processes for the responsible brands

•Develop and manage financial models and reports to track brand performance against budget and forecast.

•Provide insightful analysis to support strategic decision-making and optimize brand performance for Brand Teams and Regional Management teams .

•Identify risks and opportunities, and recommend actions to mitigate and capitalize on them.

•Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to align financial goals with strategic initiatives.

•Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in reporting.

•Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.

•University degree preferably in Management, Economics or Engineering

•Minimum 6 years of professional experience inc. 3 years solid experience gained at roles that require and utilize strong analytical skills

•Fluency in English

•High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial reporting and analysis.

•Expert in Excel skills & data handling; modelling and experience in planning tools is an asset

•Excellent cross-functional communication skills
