Job Description

1. Develop CRM strategy and action plan with precise operation based on membership grades. Lead new membership program and B2B2C campaign (focus on coupon mechanism) to acquire new members, maintain existing members, increase high-value member’s ARPU and trigger more sales contribution to company.
2. Responsible for formulating implementation plans on B2B2C campaign related work based on the core strategy, make sure the plan is executed successfully by following company guideline and internal process requirement as well as fully cooperate the commercial process internally and externally.
3. Design and implement social and seasonal coupon campaign with cross BU team, to improve member business scenarios and enhance member stickiness with the thinking of B2B2C business model.
4. Work closely with internal cross-functional teams (sales team, brand team, commercial team, legal & compliance, SFE, business IT etc.) and manage external agencies on member/consumer insights, membership program implement & execution, membership activation, to achieve the business target.
5. Data insight and presentation/training: deliver consumer insights and tracking reports periodically internal (mainly sales team) to encourage more participation and cooperation with campaign optimization mindset.


Qualifications

•    Bachelor’s degree and above
•    Minimum 5 years of CRM/SCRM experience
•    Strong data analysis capacity and experience on coupon campaign and management
•    Good campaign management skills and strong ownership
•    Experience working in Healthy industry, FMCG. B2B2C brands is a plus.
