Main Responsibilities

Lead quarterly SIP calculation /communication and deal with incentive appeal timely and accurately.

Enhance company level SIP related administration.

Conduct quarterly SIP healthiness check, including payout status, risk warning, and deliver key findings to stakeholder

Other ad-hoc task

 

 

  1. Lead overall SIP plan administration and payouts in a timely manner, including calculate quarterly incentive, communicate with in-filed team(IFT) and resolve IFT appeal .

 

  1. Manage rollout of SIP communication meeting to make sure that IFT has a fully understanding of SIP composition.

 

  1. Continue to monitor the healthiness of the SIP scheme, deliver key insights/findings to key stakeholder.

 

  1. Work with SIP lead, BU stakeholder and management team to drive the creation of fair, accurate and motivating sales incentive plans, goals and awards aligned with business strategies.

 

  1. Work with HR, Finance, Legal and Compliance (and other functions as needed) to continue to ensure that the SIP plan and SIP process is in accordance with all company policies.

 

  1. Take part in SIP platform establishment, which provides clear tool and efficient way for IFT ( SIP policy tunnel/ simulation tool...)

 

  1. Work with CEX team for ad-hoc analytics

Additional Information

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience working in sales operations or business analytics/intelligence within the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
  • 2+ years of experience with SIP related
  • Deep knowledge of pharmaceutical business background and data structure.
  • Good at communication, sense of ownership, proactively to define issue and find solution.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent English in both written and oral.
