The Associate Manager of Pipeline Analytics and Operations plays a crucial role in supporting data analysis and operational processes to achieve business objectives. This position emphasizes improving efficiency through effective data utilization and process management. Contributing to insights to enhance strategic planning and operational workflows will be essential.
Responsibilities:
•Basic Data Analysis and Insight Generation: Conduct essential data analysis to extract insights that inform pipeline project decisions. Evaluate data to identify basic trends and anomalies, providing foundational insights to support decisions. Prepare data summaries for review by senior management, contributing to informed planning.
•Data Visualization and Data Representation: Create visual reports to communicate data insights and performance metrics clearly and efficiently. Use tools and techniques to design presentations that clear, engaging and support understanding of operational outputs. Tailor visuals to be accessible for varied audiences, facilitating data-driven discourse.
•Foundational Information Management Strategy: Provide foundational support for data management practices that enhance insight discovery. Collaborate with teams to ensure data tools are effectively utilized and maintained. Regularly assess practices to improve data usage and management in line with strategic initiatives. Assist in developing data quality standards and procedures to enhance data reliability.
•Project Task Management and Support: Assist in coordinating strategic projects to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Track project progress, manage schedules, and maintain resource logs to support timely delivery. Encourage collaboration with colleagues to address challenges and enhance project outcomes through strategic planning.
•Process Optimization Support: Support business operations by ensuring processes are executed smoothly and efficiently. Identify straightforward process improvements and implement changes to enhance effectiveness. Coordinate the deployment of systems and tools to support operational efficiencies.
•Reporting: Drive collation of routine reports that support project tracking and operational planning. Ensure data accuracy and relevance to contribute to strategic insights. Communicate findings clearly to aid decision-making and align with organizational priorities. Handle ad hoc report requests, offering data-driven insights tailored to specific customer’s needs.
•Communication and Coordination Support: Assist in maintaining clear and effective communication among project teams. Coordinate meeting schedules and prepare materials for discussions. Use appropriate channels to disseminate project information and updates efficiently.
•Resource Management Support: Aid in managing resources and support the development of predictive models that optimize allocation. Assist in regular reviews to ensure resources meet organizational requirements. Provide input to senior managers that supports effective resource management decisions.
•Bachelor’s degree preferred in a technical, scientific, or business management-related discipline and 4+ years professional work experience, preferably in project coordination, system-based processes, or the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, or Master’s degree.
•Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Demonstrated history of successful execution in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities effectively.
•Ability to work independently and represent sound strategies is required.
•Must have clear leadership skills that minimally include the following: strong written and effective interpersonal communication; capability to present and logically justify proposals; sound judgment; effective communication across cultures and disciplines; relationship building and fostering teamwork.
•Experience with or knowledge of the drug development process is preferred.
•Basic project team leadership experience is a plus. Proficient in the tools and techniques of project management and business operations. Good technology skills (e.g., project management software, business intelligence tools, etc.) required.
•Database management and querying experience highly preferred.
•Customer service or systems support experience preferred.

Functional leaders, project managers, development team representatives, IT and finance.

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is eligible to participate in our short-term incentive programs.

Pay Range: $
78500 - 141000 USD
Where We Work
Role is primarily site- or office-based but can occasionally be performed remotely. Employees who are site/office-based and can occasionally perform their role virtually work both in the office and remotely*, following the policies and regulations in place at their location. US Employees must be in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. Three days in the office is the minimum; some individuals or teams may require more in-office days due to meetings, business/project needs or their role.
