This critical position will lead omnichannel execution for the Gastroenterology indications of Skyrizi and RINVOQ. This role works to optimize the execution of non-personal promotion (NPP) assets created by Skyrizi and RINVOQ brand marketing teams. The role will serve as the subject matter expert and key decision maker for NPP in the Gastro Digital Brand Team and will be highly integrated with cross functional partners on the Gastro IBT.
Candidates should demonstrate the ability to lead without authority, have an innovative mindset to advance ways of working across large teams, confidently manage multiple projects and demonstrate ability to track execution & identify opportunities for improvements, and provide regular progress updates to Gastro and Immunology leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Gastro marketing lead in Digital Brand Team working to define optimal Omnichannel execution plan for Skyrizi and RINVOQ.
- Efficiently gain a leading share of voice in high ROI channels for RINVOQ and Skyrizi vs. key competitors in CD and UC.
- Continually work with personal promotion marketing leads across Gastro RINVOQ and Skyrizi to ensure complementary delivery of key messages across all channels.
- Grow brand/product penetration, share and awareness through NPP channels.
- Optimize omnichannel budget, including identifying opportunities to maximize spend in reaching high value HCPs while minimizing spend with low value HCPs.
- Define metrics that identify success of each channel/tactic to inform funding decisions.
- Provide simple and regular progress updates to Gastro leadership and IBT.
- Drive and participate in business and marketing plans process.
- Work with agency relations and external vendors and identify areas for improved performance and spend maximization for NPP assets across Skyrizi and RINVOQ.
- Work with Gastro Leadership to advise on optimal spend and activity to maximize Skyrizi and RINVOQ NPP promotional efforts across UC and CD indications.
- Maintain regular contact with other omnichannel leads across 1MM and AbbVie and stay up to date on latest industry trends to indent opportunities for best practice.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Proven marketing experience with high proficiency across digital marketing.
- Excellent communication skills with proven experiences in writing Strategic documents.
- Strong collaboration and team orientation, with experience accomplishing results through others and by influencing others.
