Purpose:
The primary objective of this position is to coordinate the planning, consolidation and reporting activities and related deliverables of the International Commercial Organization, as well as coordinate the budget planning and reporting activities for the IMCO Organization (TA and non-TA related). This position should also lead the improvement of the International planning and reporting processes, as well as lead or strongly contribute to IMCO Finance projects and tools/reports development. The planning activities include the coordination of the Plan, LRP, LBE and S&OP processes, the related reporting activities and other executive deliverables as needed, enhancing the management decision-making process. This position requires a senior collaborative individual, results oriented, with strong interpersonal skills, with good presentation and storytelling skills, able to perform with a high degree of autonomy and pro-activity in identifying and proposing solutions. This position also requires an individual with people management experience. The reporting line is to the IMCO Finance Director.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate the planning processes, PLN and LRP for the International Commercial Organization and IMCO Organization (TA’s, IMAP, GCEx, and others), defining the process, requirements, deliverables (for Areas, TA’s and Consolidation) and timelines, ensuring all stakeholders deliveries on time;
Consolidate INTL picture for PLN and LRP for the International Commercial Organization and IMCO Organization (TA’s, IMAP, GCEx, and others), delivering high quality information and supporting IMCO FD building the INTL story and presentation to the International, IMCO and Finance leadership teams;
Coordinate the LBE process for the International Commercial Organization and IMCO Organization (TA’s, IMAP, GCEx, and others), consolidating the financials and preparing the Commercial Business Review deck with the business drivers, supporting International, IMCO and Finance leadership teams;
Coordinate the S&OP process for the International Commercial Organization, preparing the comments and deck for the Executive S&OP, with a focus on forecast accuracy, supply chain, launch events, etc, working closely with Areas and IMCO Commercial leadership team;
Lead the improvement of the international planning and reporting processes, identifying the areas of improvement/optimization and developing the appropriate action plans, as well as lead or strongly contribute to IMCO Finance projects and tools/reports development;
Deliver all commercial financial inputs to prepare the Board of Director meetings, preparing slides and coordinating within IMCO Finance, and in coordination with the IMCO commercial leadership team. Possible coordination of other international or global processes, such as Numero Uno, including the presentation of results to the commercial executive leadership;
Support IMCO FD in the preparation of the financial schedules for IMCO leadership meetings, IMCO all employee meetings, IMCO Finance Leadership meetings, etc;
Lead and develop the International consolidation team, contributing to finance talent pool development.
Significant Work Activities -Continuous sitting for prolonged periods (more than 2 consecutive hours in an 8 hour day)
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master´s Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance
Requires 7-10 years of progressive Accounting or Finance experience, including FP&A, with management experience, ideally in the pharma industry;
Strong analytical skills – able to synergize data into information to make decisions, able to make recommendations and proposals.
Demonstrated ability working in a matrix organization, building strong partnerships, influencing without direct authority and accessing available resources;
Process focused with experience in implementing process improvements or other change management initiatives.
Ability and desire to proactively search and direct efforts to find solutions and achieve results;
Strong communication skills, able to summarize complex business dynamics into deliverables for executives
Ability to operate independently, managing multiple processes and meet tight deadlines while balancing competing priorities;
Project Management skills and experience;
Technical skills, knowledge of systems such as SAP, HFM, TM1, PorwerBi, etc.
