The Differentiation Lead will be a core member of the International Marketing Team that is leading the launch of new indications for Rinvoq in Dermatology. The candidate will report to the Brand team lead and work with the strategy leads to ensure a successful launch for all markets. We are looking for an ambitious individual with an innovative mindset who is willing to operate in an exciting and high-paced environment to accelerate strategic deliverables and drive launch excellence. The Differentiation Lead does not have direct reports but must demonstrate the ability to lead cross functionally and build a collaborative approach in an integrated brand team.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Collaborate with strategy leads to build differentiation strategy and create differentiation themes including key messages and claims.
- Take the lead and work closely with the SIG (Strategic Imperative Group) & US team to test and develop Branded and Disease State campaigns for International markets.
- Co-create Objection Handler and Challenger Guidance with the learning team.
- Lead content generation for ISAs development, content cards and MCM materials.
- Liaise with MCM lead on communication strategy and ACE implementation.
- Support External Engagement lead with content development for different forums, including ad boards, speaker bureaus etc.
- Work with the Brand team on go to market strategy and deliver IFT playbook to affiliates.
- Plan and execute on launch touch point process with Areas and Affiliates.
- Effectively manage and track budget actuals vs plan on all projects.

- Bachelor’s Degree and 5-10 years of biopharmaceutical or other equivalent (relevant) experience required (i.e., device, diagnostics, or CPG).
- · 3-5 years of marketing (brand or product management) & product launch experience.
- · Previous experience in dealing with Agencies.
- · Strong analytics with an overall business acumen & a strategic outlook.
- · Proven leadership and cross functional communication skills.
Preferred:
- · Above Country Experience.
- · Sales/people management experience.
- · MBA.
