The Associate Director will be responsible for orchestrating AI-driven strategic projects to enhance Market Access performance and business impact. This role requires staying actively informed of emerging AI trends and ensuring AbbVie maintains its position at the forefront of Market Access innovation. The ideal candidate will bridge technical expertise, business strategy, and cross-functional collaboration to accelerate the adoption of AI solutions to drive tangible business value. This dynamic role offers top talent, the opportunity to gain valuable experience within the Market Access function, while playing a pivotal role in accelerating AbbVie’s journey as a global AI leader.

Responsibilities:

• Drive strategy and execution of global AI strategic initiatives into actionable business solutions, demonstrating direct value to the organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, evaluate, and execute AI opportunities.
• Support resource allocation, budget management, and project deliverables to achieve desired outcomes.
• Contribute to developing AI literacy/acumen and adoption, leading change in line with strategic goals.
• Stay vigilant about emerging AI technologies relevant to healthcare and Market Access settings to support strategic decision-making.

• Deep understanding of AI technologies, machine learning, and data analytics.
• Strong business acumen with proven track record of turning opportunities into measurable business value.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience in driving change within complex and multidisciplinary teams.
• Highly proactive and passionate about staying current on AI trends and innovation.
• Market Access experience is valued but not mandatory
