Job Description

Reporting directly to the International Director of Brand Excellence Capability, this pivotal role demands a blend of operational expertise, marketing competencies, adept project management, and finesse in engaging and influencing cross-functional stakeholders across International Brand Teams (INBTs), Areas, and Affiliate teams. Your primary focus will be on leading the Functional Plan and Launch Excellence process for the international organization.

Your role involves active collaboration and alignment with INBTs, Functional leadership, and Customer Excellence Capabilities to ensure a cohesive strategy-to-execution connection is reflected in Functional planning guidance and templates, and that Launch Excellence remains relevant and valuable to the business. Through robust stakeholder engagement, your responsibilities encompass gathering insights to drive the development of processes, systems, and tools supporting both Functional Plan and launch excellence, which may at times extend to overall capability enhancement.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the Launch Excellence Framework:
    • Enhance and embed the Launch Excellence Framework as the universal cross-functional framework for brand launches, fostering standardized ways of working across International, Area, and Affiliate teams.
    • Maintain and optimize the Launch Readiness Tool and visualizations/dashboards to enable launch excellence, ensuring connectivity with all relevant organizational processes and tools.
    • Nurture the dynamic launch community to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing across the organization.
  2. Elevate Strategy-to-Execution Connectivity:
    • Play a pivotal role in implementing IMCO's new commercial operating model, with a primary emphasis on Launch Excellence.
    •    Elevate Functional and Tactical planning standards for International and Affiliate teams through digitalization to enable data-based decision making.
  3. Streamline Processes and Enhance Agility:
    • Implement streamlined processes across various business functions to enhance agility and meet the diverse needs of Affiliate, Area, and Global cross-functional teams.
    • Customize existing processes and tools to ensure flexibility and adaptability for stakeholders, thereby driving increased adoption and effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Over 3 years of experience brand management including launch of new assets, demonstrating the ability to drive significant business value.
  • Proven track record in managing multiple core marketing responsibilities and business processes with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional groups and a natural inclination towards agility and process optimization to deliver continuous value.
  • Affiliate experience and or International Brand team experience is required.
  • People management such as district / business unit manager experience is a plus.
