  • Anticipate future field force needs and proactively evolve the toolset ahead of business demand.

Solution Architecture & System Design

  • Architect end-to-end field tool solutions, defining system design, data flows, and integration points across CRM, analytics, and reporting platforms.
  • Set technical and business requirement standards; final approver on major system design decisions.
  • Partner with IT, BTS, and OEC to ensure architecture aligns with enterprise technology standards and compliance requirements.

  • Provide final sign-off on business requirements, enhancement prioritization, and project scope for major initiatives.
  • Lead cross-functional governance forums to align technology decisions with brand and franchise strategy.

Team Leadership & People Management

  • Directly manage and develop the Senior Manager and Manager, Field Tools & Analytics.

Executive Stakeholder Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with VPs, Sales Directors, and Analytics leadership.
  • Act as a credible, strategic advisor capable of influencing senior executives on technology direction and investment decisions without direct authority.
