The Associate Director, Copay Enablement will play a role within the Copay COE leading the strategic integration and standardization of copay data. This individual will be responsible for copay data strategy, and will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to establish data governance and operations. They will further advance the capabilities and success of the copay COE by translating a foundational data strategy into tools and capabilities that enable the copay team and its cross functional partners to be successful.
Primary responsibilities for this leadership position include, but are not limited to:
- Enable the copay center of excellence to be set-up for success within the AbbVie ecosystem, by helping develop robust processes within the COE, and establishing clear ways of working with other AbbVie stakeholders.
- Own above-brand stakeholder engagement and communication with key stakeholders.
- Foster robust internal relationship with other key stakeholders, including but not limited to Market Access/Trade, Employer Teams, Finance, Patient Services, MABI, etc.
- Drive enhanced operational capabilities, improving management and oversight of copay program operations at vendors.
- Foster strong data strategy & governance protocols to ensure consistent data operations, stewardship, and reporting.
- Plan and execute cross-COE initiatives, establish consistent operational processes & templates, and develop comprehensive knowledge management for all patient access & affordability solutions.
- Build a robust KPI tracking and measurement protocol to validate copay program success, and hold external vendors accountable for program operations.
- Ensure a high level of cross-functional coordination and strategic/tactical planning through ongoing communications as well as contributing to a positive team culture.
- Manage vendor relationships to successfully execute copay program operations, and auxiliary tactics to ensure program success.
- Requires minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree a plus.
- A minimum of 4-6 years in the pharmaceutical industry with expertise in patient support programs, market access, finance, sales, marketing, or related commercial function in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Candidates should have working knowledge of the compliance and regulatory environment for manufacturers in the pharmaceutical space.

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

Where We Work
Role is primarily site- or office-based but can occasionally be performed remotely. Employees who are site/office-based and can occasionally perform their role virtually work both in the office and remotely*, following the policies and regulations in place at their location. US Employees must be in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. Three days in the office is the minimum; some individuals or teams may require more in-office days due to meetings, business/project needs or their role.
