The Associate Director, Consumer Marketing is responsible for managing the execution of brand campaigns and initiatives that attract, engage, and retain Botox Cosmetic consumers and build brand equity. This role is responsible for overseeing the development of messaging, creative, media (TV, digital, social—paid and organic), websites, and ensuring alignment across all consumer touchpoints.
The Associate Director serves as the day-to-day owner of essential marketing plans for Botox Cosmetic, partnering cross-functionally and providing clear direction to both internal teams and external agencies to drive brand growth. This individual excels at cross-functional alignment, manages significant marketing budgets, and ensures all programs deliver on brand awareness, consideration, and conversion objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the annual brand planning process for Botox Cosmetic consumer marketing, translating business objectives into effective marketing strategies and initiatives
- Oversee development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across TV, digital, social, print, influencer, PR, partnerships, web, CRM, and earned media that drive consumer acquisition.
- Direct collaboration with creative and media agencies, ensuring clear priorities, high-quality deliverables, alignment with brand voice, messaging, funnel-based objectives, and website high value actions and adherence to timelines and budgets
- Manage media mix with media teams and oversee media planning and optimization, leveraging analytics to maximize ROI and inform optimizations.
- Provide strategic content development guidance to the brand team, championing innovation and best-in-class content and campaign strategy across paid and organic channels
- Own the measurement and reporting structure for all campaigns, ensuring robust KPIs and data-driven insights to optimize future efforts
- Act as the primary liaison with Regulatory, Legal, Medical, and Compliance to ensure all initiatives meet internal and external standards
- Manage cross-functional teams to execute flawless, consistent, and impactful brand experiences across all channels
- Manage the brand website strategy and oversee continuous user experience optimization in partnership with digital teams
- Manage consumer marketing budget and stewardship of POs
- Drives management of brand line extensions and collaborates cross-functionally to develop strategy, positioning, and go-to-market (GTM) plans.
- Present key initiatives, performance results, and insights to executive leadership and other stakeholders.
- Manage, coach, and develop direct reports; foster a high-performance team culture
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field required; MBA or related Master’s degree preferred.
- 8+ years of consumer marketing/brand management experience.
- Experience in aesthetics, beauty, fashion, wellness, or CPG marketing preferred.
- Demonstrated success in leading large-scale, omnichannel consumer marketing campaigns.
- Strong experience managing creative and media agencies
Skills & Competencies:
- Ability to set vision, drive alignment, and foster collaboration
- Proven portfolio or track record of developing successful integrated content campaigns across multiple digital channels.
- Demonstrated expertise in content creation for digital (organic and paid), including strong visual and storytelling abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of performance metrics and optimization techniques for both organic and paid content, leveraging data to inform content strategy.
- Solid business acumen and ability to translate business and brand strategy into marketing programs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams
- Strong business acumen and analytical mindset
- High level of organizational and project management skills
- Financial stewardship with experience managing sizable budgets
- Organized, self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude and solutions mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
- Willingness to travel as required

Pay Range: $
137500 - 261000 USD
Where We Work
Role is primarily site- or office-based but can occasionally be performed remotely. Employees who are site/office-based and can occasionally perform their role virtually work both in the office and remotely*, following the policies and regulations in place at their location. US Employees must be in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. Three days in the office is the minimum; some individuals or teams may require more in-office days due to meetings, business/project needs or their role.
