Job Description

The Associate Director of Change Management is responsible for embedding advanced change management practices, promoting a culture of continuous improvement, and establishing enduring norms within the function. This role is central to ensuring that the team adopts innovative practices and maintains a progressive and adaptive culture in line with strategic business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Change Management Framework:
    • Design, implement, and standardize a consistent change management framework and methodologies to be applied across the organization.
    • Ensure the framework aligns with global HR Operations and Payroll priorities and integrates effectively with other business processes.
    • Promote adoption of the framework through training, tools, and resources tailored to various organizational levels within HR Operations.
  • Leadership and Strategy:
    • Lead large-scale, cross-functional, and cross-geographical change initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic and operational goals.
    • Partner with HR leaders to identify and prioritize critical change efforts and define success metrics for transformation initiatives.
  • Communication Planning and Execution:
    • Develop and implement execute comprehensive communication plans to share updates and changes clearly across the organization.
    • Create engaging content such as presentations and announcements to support change initiatives and drive awareness.
    • Leverage feedback mechanisms to refine messaging and address concerns promptly.
  • Stakeholder Management and Engagement:
    • Build strong relationships with leaders, stakeholders, and employees to foster engagement and buy-in during change initiatives.
    • Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and meetings to gather input and ensure alignment.
  • Monitoring and Performance:
    • Establish and track metrics/KPIs to measure the success and impact of change management efforts.
    • Provide regular progress updates to leadership, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary adjustments.
  • Capability Building:
    • Train and coach team members, functional leaders, and change agents within HR Operations and Project Teams on the newly implemented change management framework and tools.
    • Serve as a champion for change, embedding change management principles into project lifecycles and HR Operations organizational culture.

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Mgmt or related field. Master’s degree is preferred.​
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or related business or operations function.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing senior internal business and functional leaders.
  • Experience managing change or leading organizational transformations within the relevant function.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience presenting to diverse audiences across an organization.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.

  • The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.​
