Job Description

Purpose:

 

Represent the Brand Team by leading the integrated strategy development, tactics, and execution related to the complete HCP & patient product procurement & access journey. The product procurement & access journey includes value propositions, channel solutions, platform integration and payor field communications. Develops and articulates effective marketing strategies that are impactful, executable, easily communicated, and clinically/financially supported for areas of responsibility.

 

 

 

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

 

·       Build a strategic plan to help navigate the procurement & access complexities and changing competitive     environment for BOTOX® Tx

 

 

·       Package and streamline the various tactical procurement & access initiatives to a consolidated offer that helps to improve both the HCP and patient journey

 

 

·       Collaborate with Marketing Director(s), Patient Services, Market Access, and business leaders/stakeholders to build, manage and execute strategic marketing channel solutions that help achieve business objectives and goals across the product procurement & access process  

 

 

·       Drive and participate in business and marketing plans

 

 

·       Demonstrates and utilizes holistic understanding of financial planning, product channel distribution, market access, and buy & bill

 

 

·       Coordinate and align both internal & external partnerships that influence and impact the BOTOX® procurement & access process

 

 

·       Influence business leaders and effectively collaborate cross-functionally to deliver results

 

 

·       Develops and maintains a customer focus that includes effective working relationships with key KOL customers, sales leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Significant Work Activities -Continuous sitting for prolonged periods (more than 2 consecutive hours in an 8 hour day)

 


Qualifications

Qualifications:

 

·        Bachelor degree in a technical discipline field required; MBA or other advanced degree in social science, life sciences, or quantitative analysis or related area is desired.

 

 

·        Minimum 5+ years of professional industry experience, including at least 3+ years at a medium-to-large health care company

 

 

·        In-depth knowledge of pharma industry marketing, sales, business development, specialty pharmacy, hospital, and physician procurement & access channels with an established track record in managing industry-based marketing functions.

 

 

·        Proven marketing experience with increased proficiency in all marketing skills

 

 

·        Previous cross-franchise/cross-channel marketing experience preferred

 

 

·        Demonstrated ability to lead/influence stakeholders and manage budgets

 

 

·        Highly desired:   Buy & Bill Experience

 

 

·        Ability to travel 25 - 30%

Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.
