The Associate Brand Manager Hemato-Oncology will have the mission of building and leading the implementation of the marketing strategy and tactical plans to maintain the leadership of our main product in Panama & the Dominican Republic, and to continue developing the business potential of new products of the Hemato-Oncology franchise.
- Localize, prioritize and implement global and LATAM strategy, promotional messaging, and supportive materials, maximizing opportunities across markets (public and private) and stakeholders.
- Leverage in brand planning process, leading Abbvie’s methodology, and tactical plan to ensure a robust marketing plan.
- Lead peer to peer strategy design and implementation as activities that leverage business growth.
- Collaborate closely with scientific societies and key opinion leaders, supporting their initiatives and developing new activities that strategically enhance the positioning of our portfolio within the specialty.
- Elevate winning with data capability, supporting the use and analysis of available data resources to make timely / informed decisions and increase commercial modelling and forecasting capabilities.
Education:
- Professional with a university degree (mandatory), preferably in business-related administrative careers or Life Sciences.
Languages:
- Advanced English level (mandatory).
Experience:
- 5 years of proven successful experience in marketing/commercial excellence in the multinational pharmaceutical industry.
- Knowledge of the healthcare system, its main stakeholders, and information sources.
Implementation of omnichannel strategies (desirable).

Where We Work
Role is exclusively performed at a site or office and onsite presence is required. Employees who are site/office-based and can occasionally perform their role virtually work both in the office and remotely*, following the policies and regulations in place at their location. US Employees must be in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. Three days in the office is the minimum; some individuals or teams may require more in-office days due to meetings, business/project needs or their role.
