Four Main Responsibilities: Existing products • Develop an overarching payer driven Value & Access strategy integrating all key dimensions in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders across the organization • Coordinate cross-functional colleagues on market access related activities • Build impactful value rationale for payers to support Market Access discussions regarding our products at different levels • Create compelling integrated payer value proposition and tools supported by strong evidence • Accounting for differences in needs, perspectives, audience, format and focal points New products/ pipeline • Work cross-functionally to develop Value & Access strategy aligned with clinical evidence, patient needs and commercial ambition • Contribute to integrated unmet need definition (e.g. value drivers, treatment patterns/clinical pathway, limitation of SoC…), burden of disease and shaping activities considering payer landscape • Perform competitive assessment • Develop payer value proposition and access plan Evaluate potential position from payer standpoint Assess data gap and generate health economics evidence Coordinate Market Access scenario building risk assessment and involvement in business forecasting
EXPERIENCE: • Master, Public health, health economics and Pharma management is preferred • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Market Access in pharmaceutical industry or healthcare market access consulting (public health and health economics) preferred • Problem solving and conflict management skills • Good Teamwork spirit & collaborative approach including how to be successful in a matrix environment • Strong project management & performance orientation • Good communication skills, customer focus

Where We Work
Role is primarily site- or office-based but can occasionally be performed remotely. Employees who are site/office-based and can occasionally perform their role virtually work both in the office and remotely*, following the policies and regulations in place at their location. US Employees must be in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. Three days in the office is the minimum; some individuals or teams may require more in-office days due to meetings, business/project needs or their role.
