- Design and implement JUVEDERM social media strategy that aligns with business goals.
- Take full responsibility for brand owned-media account management across all platforms (such as Wechat\red\ weibo…) to enhance JUVEDERM brand awareness and social media identity, manage 3rd party agency to ensure good execution of traffic, content, insight, design, promotion, performance, and review update.
- Work with teammates on influencer programs and seasonal campaigns.
- Quarterly category educational content guidance development
Responsibilities:
- Work with consumer marketing leader to develop social content strategy for social channels, based on business needs, trends, consumer insights and analytics. 20%
- Lead and follow up on social media account management across all platforms to enhance filler category and brand awareness, manage 3rd party agency to ensure good execution of traffic, insight, design, performance, and review update.
- Strategic planning, high-quality and diversified content creation to fulfill different social media platforms needs.
- Work with teammates on influencer programs and seasonal campaigns.
- Design and implement effective fan loyalty and consumer retention plan.
- Develop category educational content guidance quarterly.60%
- React, respond, and execute quickly to ad-hoc or real time activities.10%
- Monitor and analyze social media performance across channels, providing monthly reporting with learnings, opportunities, and insights.10%
- 5+ years of consumer marketing experience, including experience managing social media platforms and tools.
- Content development experience including creative concepting and strategic planning for the development of social campaigns.
- Creative writing skills, ability to communicate a variety of messages while keeping the brand voice consistent.
- Knowledge and understanding of current social trends and latest social platform features.
- Preferred beauty/fashion/personal care background with a strong sense of consumer insight.
- Bachelor degree or above.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, high-energy environment and ability to multi-task.
- Ability to derive actionable insights from social media metrics and marketing data.
- Strong written/verbal communication skills.
- Tech-savvy for creating visuals if necessary, and collaborating with other creatives.
- Good presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Good English both in oral and writing.
- Creative on content creation and storytelling.
