Depending on business needs, the fourth rotation may take place in areas such as Commercial Finance, Treasury, Regional Headquarters or Area Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis.

In addition, you will work in a cross-functional matrix organisation, further develop your business acumen and take part in key training and development activities. Each FDP trainee will also be assigned an experienced mentor who will provide coaching and act as a sounding board throughout the program.

During the two-year program, you will also participate in various international meetings, either virtually or in person across Europe, such as European Finance Director Meetings, FDP Alumni Meetings, Steering Committees and networking events with leaders from Europe and the United States.

At the end of the program, you will spend two weeks at AbbVie’s headquarters in the greater Chicago area to gain additional insights into global Finance functions and further expand your international network.
