We are expanding our Neurology team in North-East Finland and are currently seeking an
ACCOUNT MANAGER
Key Responsibilities
- Promote our migraine treatment portfolio to healthcare professionals throughout Eastern and Northern Finland
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including neurologists, general practitioners, and healthcare institutions
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans tailored to your territory
- Identify growth opportunities and contribute to cross-functional brainstorming and business development
- Actively monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations
- Collaborate closely with marketing, medical, and other internal teams to deliver impactful customer engagement
- Provide regular reporting and insights to the Business Unit Manager
Qualifications
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales or healthcare-related commercial roles
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with a proactive and results-driven mindset
- Comfortable navigating complex stakeholder environments and building long-term partnerships
- Fluent in Finnish and English, both written and spoken
- Ability to work independently, manage your territory holistically, and adapt to new challenges
- Willingness to travel regularly within Finland
