Your role at Allergan Aesthetics The goal of this role is the development of sales of Allergan products at the assigned group of customer accounts through building and maintaining effective long-term relationship with key senior-level decision makers and influencers. In this capacity, the Accountmanager Aesthetics assumes the leadership role within its assigned account, providing overall account leadership and coaching to the cross-functional account team members and will bear full responsibility for building a plan for its assigned account, as well as for organizing and deploying the appropriate resources within Allergan to drive value co-creation with customers and meet/exceed Allergan revenue targets. Your region will be North Netherlands.

• Drive effective account planning & management process by identifying key influencers within the account;
• Develop understanding of the customer’s business that includes their pressures and drivers, objectives and plans, as well as their related internal challenges and problems;
• Evaluate and assess customer needs and requirements on an ongoing basis and engage customer in collaborative discussions with cross-functional team members to explore possibilities and potential areas for value co-creation;
• Builds and maintains effective long-term relationships and a high level of satisfaction with key senior-level decision makers and influencers at an assigned group of customer accounts that may include major strategic customers within a geographic or industry focus;
• Develop and implement strategies that differentiate Allergan from other providers in our markets while evolving our engagement with key accounts to higher levels of effectiveness;
• Identifies, develops and typically closes new sales opportunities to reach the set KPI’s.

• Bachelor's degree, biological sciences, life sciences, pharmacy, business
related field, or equivalent;
• Experience gained in a similar commercial role as (key) accountmanager in the aesthetics, medical devices or pharmaceutical industry;
• Strong business acumen and proficient use of business tools; possesses strategic and critical thinking capabilities;
• Proven track record of success in selling and exceptional presentation skills;
• Demonstrates in-depth scientific, therapeutic, product, and competitive knowledge and is recognized as an expert resource by all relevant stakeholders
• Proactively identifies customer style / behavior and adapts quickly all aspects of selling approach. Understands and leverages findings to develop sales strategies. Offers innovative ideas and solutions to maximize business opportunities to address challenges. Provides impact with ideas for the larger organization and anticipates and responds to changes.
• Operates effectively in a matrix environment;
• Previous experience in territory management is a must;
• Consistently displays positive behaviors and peer coaching through changing and challenging environments;
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, in Dutch and English;
• Driving license.
