• Promote and lead the local or global implementation, deployment, and further use of the customer relationship management tool within the affiliate. Furthermore, provide data and produce insight that will help business units achieve market insights and business decisions.  

• Together with the infield team and business units, establish the trimester's commercial cycle plan interaction goals and its corresponding follow-up 

• Provide continuous updates to the Infield team and area KPIs and metrics, which help AbbVie identify business opportunities and continuous feedback. 

• Provide continuous analysis to cycle plans and territory alignment in order to identify business opportunities 

• Sales incentive program management, including regular and special incentive scheme design/refinement, sales target setting and cascading, target payout simulation, monthly payout calculation and confirmation, payout analysis and insights.
• SFE initiatives from global and local management to enhance SFE capability, to drive business strategy and to validate current performance.

• Professional in Administrative Careers 

• Experience in process management and information analytics roles 

• Experience working with Field Teams is desirable 

• Advanced level in Office skills – mainly Excel 

• Management of Database Systems 

• Intermediate level of English
