• BOTOX® is a neuromodulator, research of Allergan Inc, used extensively for treating facial expression lines and, is the global leader in neuromodulators.
• Juvederm™ range of HA fillers is used to treat age related volume deficit and fill moderate to severe wrinkles and folds on the face.
Role Overview:
a. Clinical Specialists for Facial Aesthetics
b. Responsible for clinical training of HCPs, medical education, CMEs and other training initiatives within the zone
c. Closely interact with the doctors and clinically facilitate them for performing BOTOX® and Juvederm™ procedures
d. Closely work with the sales team and coordinate with them meeting their clinical facilitation needs
e. Develop new injectors in conjunction with the sales team for respective zones
f. Engage the HCPs on scientific discussions and product differentiation
g. Drive execution of all regional and national medical education programs in close coordination with the sales team
h. Take accountability for Zonal sales of the listed doctors
i. Active involvement in all the training initiatives, ensuring compliance with the laid down SOPs and processes
j. Daily reporting and weekly/monthly/quarterly reviews with the line manager
Responsibilities:
Market Development & Portfolio Management:
Lead & execute market development initiatives to drive growth platforms
Lead Professional Education Initiatives
Drive Sales Training – recertification
Identify Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) and execute KOL engagement initiatives
Minimum requirements:
• B.Pharma/ M.Pharma/ BDS
• 2-5 years of Sales/Training/ or clinical specialist experience in pharmaceuticals or healthcare sector with good command over English language and scientific terminology
• Candidate with executive presence, excellent presentation skills and communication skills.
