KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• アサインされたテリトリーでの営業目標の達成、市場動向、競合状況、規制変更および営業活動についてマネジメントへの定期報告。
• 的確なコールサイクルのプラン構築。営業訪問前に目的を明確化し、毎訪問後に分析し効果の最適化を図る。
• テリトリーマネジメントの一環として、販売進捗管理を徹底して行い、顧客動向および競合の活動をセールスマネージャーへタイムリーに報告する。
• アサインテリトリーの利益最大化を図るために、経費コストを適切に管理する。
• 顧客訪問を効果的に実施できるよう、的確な営業スキル、交渉スキルをもって、顧客とコミュニケーションを図る。
• 顧客との良好な関係性を構築し、維持する。自身の製品知識、業界知識向上を常に心がける。
• 顧客の美容医療に関するスキルおよびクリニックの経営向上に貢献するために、アラガン・エステティックの価値を直接的・間接的に提供する。
• プロモーションキャンペーンや業務の効率化を図るためにチームメンバー(セールスマネージャー、クロスファンクショナルチーム)と協業する。
• 個人目標だけでなく、ビジネスユニット全体の目標達成およびスペシャルプロジェクト等への参画に貢献する。
Medical Aesthetics Specialist is responsible for communicating benefits of Allergan Aesthetics products by providing effective calls and activities and managing relationship with customers, consequently leading to achieve the sales target. In addition to customer facing jobs, he/she is responsible for providing field insights to headquarter in order to achieve our organizational goals. As a market leader, the sales rep will be expected to strengthen partnerships with customers and act in alignment with the company's goal of expanding the market with its customers.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Work in the assigned sales territory to meet or exceed sales targets, expressed in units and value monthly or cumulatively by year-end and keep the management fully informed on market conditions, competitive situations, regulatory changes, and all activities on a timely basis
• Plan and establish the most effective territory call cycle. Plan call objectives before and call analysis after each sales call to improve sales call efficiency.
• Report key competitive activities and customer behavior to improve territory management in a timely manner. Organize and maintain territory records and submit reports to the sales manager on a timely basis.
• Manage expenses to maximize the profitability of the assigned territory.
• Present specialized sales call to customers utilizing professional sales and negotiation skills to ensure the desired goals of calls.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers, colleagues as appropriate. Always develop and maintain product, industrial and competitive knowledge.
• Provide Allergan Aesthetic value by meeting customers’ needs for medical aesthetic skill update and clinic management expertise
• Fully cooperate with other team members (the sales manager, cross functional team) to improve working efficiency and implement promotional campaign.
• Support overall objectives of the business unit, in addition to individual objectives. Perform special projects on a needed basis.

・More than 5 years of sales experience in pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
・A thorough understanding of the private healthcare sector
・Strong business acumen and self-starter
・Strong presentation and communication skills
・Ability to effectively communicate with customers & internally
・Highly collaborative with a customer-centric mindset
・Able to travel up to 80% of the time
・Logical thinking
