Demonstrates direct and open communication within Training & Development and with all stakeholders resulting in positive relationships and mutual understanding and agreement
Responsible for providing specific verbal performance feedback to training participants resulting in them being aware of strengths and weaknesses including a plan for improved performance and to provide guest trainers one-to-one coaching including performance feedback and to provide them a meaningful role in the class
Demonstrates the ability to effectively address coaching challenges for in class participants – behavioral, over-achievers, low performers – so that the entire class is able to benefit, progress and learn.

Bachelor’s degree.
Minimum 3 years of field sales experience
District Sales Training or guest trainer during Initial Sales Training preferred

Significant Work Activities: Continuous sitting for prolonged periods (more than 2 consecutive hours in an 8 hour day)

Travel: Yes, 25 % of the Time

Job Type: Experienced
