Lead Clinical Specialist
Podstawowy Bangalur, Indie Identyfikator oferty 2209592 Kategoria Business Development Dział AbbVieThe job involves the supervision and management of a team of clinical specialists in the assigned territory that is strategically aligned to the organizational objectives and is industry leading in both scientific and clinical content, with the end objective of creating independent and confident injectors.
The position is also responsible for the comprehensive delivery and oversight of execution of training and educational programs in the assigned territories in collaboration with a cross-functional team.
The role will involve continuous and close collaborative relationships with AMI Trainers and cross functional teams.
Manage a team of Clinical Specialists in the assigned territory/ zone to ensure that the objectives set forth by the organization are met with in a compliant and ethical manner Ensure end to end and comprehensive delivery and oversight of execution of educational and training programs.
• Lead the team of clinical specialists for the assigned territory to plan & organize,
o Small Group trainings
o One on One with HCPs
o Boot camps & clinical facilitations
Plan activities in close consultation with the MedEd manager. 50%
• Ensure that all reportees manage end to end paperwork
• Ensure proper handling & documentation of samples as a part of event closure in line with the compliance and regulatory requirements, within the assigned timelines. 25%
• Review and monitor list of HCPs that needs training and clinical facilitation to drive business
• Drive the team to organize the same to meet business objectives in line with compliance guidelines 15%
• Planning and imparting medical training to the field force in collaboration with training department. 5%
• Continuous coaching, grooming and imparting of scientific knowledge to his/ her team members to bring them abreast of the medical, technical and technological advancements. 5%
JOB QUALIFICATIONS (MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS):
• Preferably Science/ BDS/ MBBS Graduates.
Education and Experience
• Preferably Science/ BDS/ MBBS Graduates.
• Overall experience of 8-12 years, preferably 2-3 years of clinical experience or similar in dentistry/ aesthetics/ medical/ pharmaceuticals or healthcare sector with good command over English language and scientific terminology.
• Min 2 year of experience in the current role.
• The role involves extensive travelling (10-12 days)
Essential Skills, Experience, and Competencies (includes Licenses, Credentials)
• Candidate with executive presence, excellent presentation skills and communication skills.
• Should have skills/competence in in-clinic detailing and dialogue
• Ability to grasp specialty pharma products and understanding of niche market segments
• Self-motivated individual with demonstrated planning and analytical skills.
• Sensitive and prompt in responding to customer needs and sensitive to market challenges
• High level of perseverance and resilience
