Responsibilities:

• Take proactive action to ensure customer service levels meet the business needs (order taking, product returns, standardization, automation, vendor management, service fee payments, etc.
• Provide Highest level of customer support by answering emails and inbound calls
• Provide timely trouble- shooting solutions and exception management where necessary
• Daily/Monthly/Quarterly/ Yearly sales closing – prepare and analyze sales reports for the measurement of performance.
• SAP customer master data maintenance – customer account creation / change
• Plan, direct and coordinate all process ensuring all are documented and meet corporate compliance and commercial guidelines
• Issue tax invoices
• 의료기기 UDI report, 의약품 공급내역보고

Mandatory Qualifications:

• 0~3 years of experience in customer service in direct business model is preferred
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English
• SAP proficient
• Excellent MS-Excel skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Healthcare (pharmaceutical / medical device) industry
• Bachelor's degree in Product Operations Management, Logistics Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or Supply chain management disciplines
