Your role at AbbVie    
As our new Business Consultant for Allergan Aesthetics within AbbVie, you will play a key role in our Medical Aesthetics division; you help aesthetic practices in achieving their growth objectives, increasing revenues, and improving efficiency. An aesthetic practice will work with a Business Consultant when it wants to become more competitive in solving a specific organizational problem or concern within the practice itself. The Business Consultant will deliver customized projects and provide training services for groups of clinics to raise the level of business acumen within the market . The analytical component of the role (needs and practice assessment of specific clients) is key to the success of the consulting process, as well as a thorough recommendations delivery (based upon the findings of the assessment), planning, implementation, control, and evaluation of the results 

This is a versatile role and where you join us as Business Consultant and show your added value as a true business partner. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:   

• Undertake needs analysis of high potential accounts, development, and implementation of action plans  

• Maintaining and developing relationships with customers 

• Plan, provide and promote business educational courses working in conjunction with sales and marketing teams  

• Event Management including the preparation and delivery of workshops and other training events 

What we ask
As our new Business Consultant, you are focused on partnering with the business, on achieving goals, running several projects in parallel and you have a knowledge sharing attitude. Others recognize you as a trustworthy professional with influencing and leadership skills. With your strong stakeholder management skills, you have profound understanding of budgets and headcount. More specifically, we ask the following of you:   

• University degree in business or biochemical related, preferably with MBA

• Background in management consulting on strategical level  

• Proven experience in business development in a similar capacity  

• Problem solving & analytical skills  

• The ability to build Cross Functional Relationships  

• Demonstrable coaching and training experience  

Off course, in this international environment, to being considered as our new Business Consultant, we need you to have excellent communication skills, both written and oral in Dutch and English, including presentation skills
