Werkstudent (all genders) im Bereich Procure to Pay - Contractmanagement

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten:

  • Erstellung und Management von Complianceverträgen in MAP (Vertragsdatenbank), sowie deren Abrechnung
  • Einhaltung der Compliance-Anforderungen
  • Vorkontierung von Rechnungen, Überprüfen auf Richtigkeit, Vollständigkeit. Nachverfolgen und Eingabe in der Vertragsdatenbank / SAP,
  • Monatliche Messung der KPI Performance und entsprechender Analyse von Arbeitsabläufen mit dem Ziel, sie zu optimieren und Lösungsmöglichkeiten zu erarbeiten
  • Umsetzung relevanter Policies, sowie der gesetzlichen Vorgaben

Anforderungen:

  • Aktuelles Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsrecht, Jura, Unternehmensjura, BWL mit Schwerpunkt Recht oder Ähnlichem
  • Prozessorientiertes und abteilungsübergreifendes Denken und Handeln von Anfang bis Ende eines Prozesses
  • Verständnis der gesetzlichen Regelungen und Bestimmungen
  • Strikte Umsetzung aller relevanten Richtlinien und der Prozessbeschreibungen
  • Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Durchsetzungs-vermögen
  • Zuverlässiges, systematisches und detailgenaues Arbeiten
