Werkstudent (all genders) in Customer Service Aesthetics
We create the products and technologies that drive the advancement of aesthetic medicine. Team: Customer Service & Finance
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support in processing customer inquiries regarding products, complaints, orders, logistics, prices and account balances
- Management of orders
- Verification of customer master data
- Support harmonization of business processes
- Assist in month end closing and reporting
- Support, facilitate and coordinate diverse projects
Qualifikation:
YOUR PROFILE
- Preferably business studies (Bachelor from 3rd semester, Master)
- High service and customer focused mindset
- Experience in Customer Service or comparable positions in an advantage
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (written/verbal English & German)
- Process-oriented and cross-functional mindset and behavior (thinking in full process)
- Very good work organization and telephone behavior
- High attention to detail, high resilience, and reliability
- Good IT skills especially in SAP and Excel (PPT and Word is an advantage)
- Highly motivated and self-driven with excellent analytical skills
- Hands-on mentality, creativity and open attitude towards new challenges
- Team player with sense of humor
