Contrôleur/se de Gestion
Rungis, Île-de-France, France ID de l'offre 2204442 Categorie Finance Division AbbVie- Documentation of statutory accounting rules accepted for two companies in Poland.
- Statutory Accounting and Tax compliance related bookings controls, requesting reclassifications and corrections (VAT rates proposed by BPO, Tax non-deductible expenses, VAT deductibility, review of entries approved via systematic financial approvals).
- Co-operation and co-ordination of accounting activities with AFS, BPO, Specialty BPOs (direct and indirect tax and statutory services.
- Company representation in tax office matters.
- Monitoring of tax reporting and statutory reports deadlines.
- Statutory /Tax Reports prepared by BPOs review.
- Distribution of Statutory/Fiscal Reports.
- Work closely with personnel in all departments to ensure compliance with company accounting and operational guidelines.
- Support Finance Manager to ensure full compliance with all finance processes and procedures across the Affiliate.
- HCP agreement processing co-ordination with BPO/Payroll service Provider.
- Relevant academic background in finance and MF License is essential.
- Professional qualifications: ACCA/CIMA or CPA (KIBR) will be a strong asset.
- Professional experience min. 2-3 years on the chief accountant role or independent position in Finance & Accounting area.
- Working knowledge of Polish and International Financial Reporting Standard.
- Solid understanding of Polish taxes.
- Proven experience in team management.
- Planning and financial analysis experience preferred but not required.
- Good knowledge of SAP system will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Individual must be self-motivated with great follow-up skills and be able to work independently.
