We are now recruiting a Supply Chain Analyst / Customer Logistics Planner to join the team. This role can be based out of either Earlsfort Terrace, Dublin (this role will eventually be based at our Clonshaugh site in Dublin) or Zwolle in the Netherlands. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, this person will provide a supporting role to the efficient management of affiliate supply chain operations. They will provide back up support to the affiliate Supply Chain Manager in day-to-day demand and supply chain operations and take leading role in managing day to day operations and inventory for Allergan Aesthetic portfolio.

A snapshot of your key responsibilities as Supply Chain Analyst / Customer Logistics Planner would be:
- Ensure Material Master activities, for example NPI introductions, product discontinuations etc. are implemented and accurate with corresponding material setup in distributor.
- Manage distributor Master data regarding both contract and price changes, ensuring correct approvals in place.
- Develop unique supply chain programmes where additional commercial requirements are needed – e.g., sampling program, named patient programs, new product introductions.
- Support Supply Chain Manager to plan, coordinate and execute demand planning activities by scheduling forecast review meetings with commercial teams on regular basis and provide back up where required.
- Identify and highlight exceptions to forecast by monthly monitoring actual demand and supply performance against plan and communicate/intervene in a speedy and constructive way to minimise business impact.
- Represent the marketing affiliate’s demand forecast to all appropriate supply side functions when required with specific focus on Allergan portfolio.
- Manage general 3PL customer service interactions, including order escalation and resolution.
- Manage inventory reconciliation and interface performance and resolution between 3PL and AbbVie with specific focus on Allergan Aesthetics.
- Support Supply Chain Manager with physical inventory counts in accordance with CFM0050 – Citywest, Greenogue and Calmount sites appropriately.
- Support 3PL annual budget preparation
- Support local regulatory agency audits (e.g., HPRA)
So, what do you need to do this role?
Education & Experience:
- Experience in Demand Management
- Experience in Supplier management
- 5-7 years general administration experience in a varied role involving multiple stakeholders and activities
- Proven background in showing leadership and accountability in a dynamic environment
- Previous experience with SAP, JDA, Cognos, MS Office required
- Advanced MS Excel skills required
