§ Develop, optimize and implement the Annual Marketing Plan of Botox in Tx.

§ Engage KOL to ensure strong brand endorsement from KOLs.

§ Monitor market trends, competitive environment and customer insight as well as brand performance to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities.

§ Work closely with cross-functional team as well as Botox cosmetic to synergy marketing resource.

§ Ensure the integrity of Botox therapeutic marketing activities in accordance with local, regional and corporate compliance policies

§ Effectively development and manage promotional budget to deliver annual marketing plan

§ Lead open, consistent and clear communication between sales and marketing

§ Update sales force training material and implement the new employee orientation training.
 

§ Bachelor degree or above in medical or related medicine science

§ Pharmaceutical sales and an additional pharmaceutical marketing experience
