Major Responsibilities:

You are responsible for the development and expansion of the Project Management Office for the French Affiliate. You will be responsible for the prioritization, coordination, monitoring, and support of the upcoming and ongoing IT projects of the French Commercial Organization, and thus constantly focus on the progress of our organization.

You act as a close interface and mouthpiece to our global organization and manage the local resources of the individual projects in a targeted manner.

You ensure that projects selection and execution is consistent with the organization's strategic objectives and delivers maximum value creation.

You propose and define metrics, rules, and methods for measuring project quality, and develop a transparent overview of progress and project dependencies that can be seen at any times, in line with Europe & Global standards.

You are the guardian of consistency across all projects in regards to KPI defined & Project Management best practices (OTOBOS, risk & issue management etc.).

In addition, you act as a project management expert and drive the development of a uniform project management standard and the associated methods. You can explain best practices in project management and their added value to a broad audience in a simple, comprehensible and convincing way. As a coach, you establish the knowledge in the team in which situations, which method can be most meaningful.

As French Project Portfolio Manager, you ensure that best practices and Global guidelines are implemented, followed and leveraged by the French BTS organization. You accompany and support the French BTS Team in their projects to ensure team is delivering against the commitments taken. You will monitor, develop and motivate the execution of SLC adherence (IT compliance) for the French BTS organization.
